Returns & Cancellations
At Zenfida, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and health reasons, returns of beauty or personal care products that have been opened or used will not be accepted, unless they are defective.
Process:
- Contact us at infozenfida@gmail.com stating your order number and reason.
- We will send you instructions for return shipping.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the original payment method.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
